August 28, 2022 Update
Wow… it has now been about 2 weeks since my surgery… where has the time gone? lol Recovery has been going great! My incisions are almost healed and I have no residual pain! In fact, the doctor had given me some type of painkiller (an opiod) which I have not taken at all. All I have used is heat (from a heating pad) and Advil.
Here’s what they look like now:
This is the largest of the 4 incisions
Two smaller incisions
Belly Button Incision
When I went to my post op appointment, the doctor was surprised (and pleased) that I was able to use only those two things to manage my pain. Well, actually… to be totally honest, I have been using something else – Meditation and relaxation techniques. My husband also got me interested in The Silva Mind Control Method and, after reading the book and watching the video, I was hooked. It works!
OH, I almost forgot to mention! You know how I am into NFTs? Well, I recently joined a “new” site called Voice.com and have been minting a ton of NFTs! I have also been involved in NFT giveaways. This site is great for the newbie who is just starting out and wants to get their works seen. Every person who claims your gift NFT is added to your profile and see when you add new art. This is great because now you have a list of people who know your art. You can now start selling NFTs to them!
Another great thing about giving away your NFTs (you might say – Why would I “GIVE” away my art?), is that now, when those people that you “gifted” with your NFT re-sell your art to their lists, YOU get a commission!
What a concept, eh? 🙂
Let me just say that creating NFTs is simple! All you need is a wallet (not in the usual sense of the word) like MetaMask (You can add it to your browser, or download it on your phone/ipad), an account at one of the many sites that allow you to buy and sell NFTs, such as OpenSea, Rarible, Mintable, Crypto.com, etc.
Now, these allow you to mint your NFTs gas-free. This means that they do not charge the fee that it would cost to create the NFT on the blockchain to you upfront. The fee is added on to the price of the NFT and the purchaser pays it. At least that’s how I understand it. If I am wrong, please correct me :-).
So, there you have it. The easy way to get started minting your OWN NFTs and start creating your own empire! LOL
Blessed Be! )0(
