Ham, Broccoli & Potatoes
Since yesterday was Easter, and since in my family ham has always been the traditional meat of the Easter holiday, we decided to create a delicious, albeit unconventional, meal featuring ham.
Ingredients (per serving)
- Spiral cut Ham
- 1 Cup Broccoli florets
- i medium Russet Potato
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Ham, Broccoli & Potatoes Directions
Cut potato into small cubes. Do the same to the ham. Add potato, ham and garlic to saucepan. Drizzle with Olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Braise until golden brown and then adjust salt to taste. Add broccoli florets. Stir. Lower heat and saute for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve and enjoy!
