Romaine & Prosciutto Wraps
- 2 leaves of Romaine Lettuce
- 4 rounded tablespoons of cottage cheese (large curd is preferable)
- 2 strips Prosciutto
- BlackBerries (I use 8)
- Strawberries (I suggest 2 cut in half)**
- Cucumber (cut into wheels – about 8)
Romaine & Prosciutto Wrap Instructions
Using a Romaine Lettuce leaf as a base, place a strip of Prosciutto into it. Place unpeeled, wheel cut cumber (4 wheels) on top of Prosciutto. Next, layer 2 of the scoops of cottage cheese in the center. Place three blackberries on top of the cottage cheese and place a strawberry slice between each. Repeat on the second leaf. This is extremely keto friendly with only 6 carbs and 184 calories.
