Romaine & Prosciutto Wrap Instructions

Using a Romaine Lettuce leaf as a base, place a strip of Prosciutto into it. Place unpeeled, wheel cut cumber (4 wheels) on top of Prosciutto. Next, layer 2 of the scoops of cottage cheese in the center.  Place three blackberries on top of the cottage cheese and place a strawberry slice between each.  Repeat on the second leaf.  (Pictured with extra strawberries & Blackberries on the side).

This is extremely keto friendly with only 6 carbs and 184 calories.
