Stir chicken, bell pepper, cream cheese and 1/2 cup salsa in pan until cream cheese is melted.  Spoon 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.  Roll.

Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in a lightly greased 12 x 8 inch dish.  Next, stir the Velveeta cheese spread and milk in a saucepan until smooth.  Pour sauce over tortillas and cover them with foil.

Bake tortillas for 20 minutes (or until thoroughly heated) at 350 degrees. Remove. Pour the remaining salsa over the top.

Makes 4 – 6 servings.

** Note:  Recently I decided to try adding red, orange, and yellow bell peppers.  It was delicious!  Highly recommended… it also makes it very colorful
